Don't grasp the spiritual experience when it happens, said Adya, and there is no guarantee of safety, because it is unknown.

The trouble with maladies of the mind is that the 'normal,well adjusted mind' that psychiatry is aiming for it is just as 'mad'! Your basic insane person is just living in a different reality than the sane person -the point is neither realises that this reality is something of their own manufacture -so what's the difference?
