Many teachings and spiritual people refer to various mysteries on the path to enlightenment. It seems that sometimes, when a difficult question comes up,
they hide behind the word. I've even heard that "Everything is a mystery." It's not true, based on many deep contemplations, and having some support in certain writings. I propose there is only one mystery, that is where is the love coming from that drives creation and consciousness's desire to experience itself through its creation. It is from the unknowable, unfathomable, incomprehensible "great heart." It is the mystery that links the beingness of consciousness the unity with the absolute. Talk of such a link is fundamentally futile, as describing a "link" between the utter silence and unknowableness of the Absolute and the incomprehensible source of divine love that I call the "great heart" is putting a label on something that cannot be grasped by the most infinitely wise sage. But, it is the only mystery. Everything else, with enough contemplation and insight, can be grasped even at the boundaries of the reach of the mind. (See the evolving book more development on this).
